HISTORY
In 1967, Augusto Gismondi started and sustained a growing business by keeping his word and knowing the value of a handshake. When Augusto said he was going to do something, he did it! His model of integrity has been passed down through generations and today August Group is operating with the same traditional beliefs.
Flash forward more than 50 years to today. August Group remains a boutique Real Estate Investment Firm and values relationships above all else. Our size has allowed us to remain flexible and responsive as we work with our tenants to achieve their business goals.
